IT Project Manager for Global Operations and Integrations:- Project management for a Global Network Renewal (27 sites in 16 countries):Full migration of global network services, including the services termination with British Telecom and the implementation of an internal IP-VPN network across all Magotteauxlocations. The project was successfully conducted without any business impact and resulting in over 40% of savings to the OPEX IT budget.- IT Roadmap definition for future synergies between Sigdo Koppers (mother company) and Magotteaux:Analysis of the as-is situation in IT for the different companies and definition of a common IT Roadmap in order to ensure business continuity & growth with best quality of services and cost effectiveness trough synergies between SK-Latam & Magotteaux.A 3 months assessment was conducted among the 9 companies owned by Sigdo Koppers, resulting in the definition of short and mid-term roadmap for synergies between the companies based in complexity and cost optimization of the resources. Finally I presented the IT Roadmap for validation to the CEO of SK and Magotteaux.
