Assist the Front Office Manager to run the Front Office operation. This includes leading and managing Front Desk, Night Audit, Concierge, Valet and Bell staff in order to ensure the highest standards. As the Assistant Front Office Manager I monitor the Front Office Employees to make sure all guests receive attentive and personalized service while meeting.

Responsible for supervising all areas of housekeeping, and producing a high quality standard of service and performance. Also assisting the department in areas such as training, inventory control and room boards assignments.

Responsible for over seeing the operation of the Front Desk agents and PBX department in conjunction with other departments of the Hotel to ensure a positive guest experience. Responding to all guests needs and resolving any guest issues or emergency situations to assist FOMs. Supervising all Front Office staff and delegating tasks as necessary in a fear.

Perform the night audit operations to ensure the maintenance of financial controls, and compliance with hotel standards. Coordinate with other departments (i.e. Security, Housekeeping) to ensure that quality service is provided to all guests after regular hours. Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report data by auditing the service journals to breakdown.
