The main materials used are cold rolled, hot rolled, galvanized rolled and many others used for struture.Main Results:Reduction of delays of the suppliers, captation of R$ 3 milion/year with savings and cost avoidances of the comodity. Elimination of 90% failure with internal controls, ensuring compliance with ISO, ISO TS 16949, Sarbannes-Oxley and departamental procedures.

Responsible for material plan, using tools management as LEC, KANBAN and FIFO. Responsible for inventory management, improvement of operational cycle, cost reduction and strategy of comodity.Responsible for acquire productive and unproductive materials, attending budget and goals of comodity. Follow up with suppliers, resource, outsourcing and all saving goals for maximize results. Development of network of participation with supply chain, with all visibility to management of procedures and internal controls, for materials of productive chain or anothers used for Maintenance, repair and operation, meeting savings targets.
