• Manage vendor relationships to ensure accurate and timely procurement, transportation and customs clearance of goods at the lowest cost possible.• Report, monitor and analyze vendor import share, vendor lead time and forecast accuracy for import selection. • Manage availability and inventory health with KPIs such as: in-stock rates, out of stock percentages, fill rate and unhealthy inventory.• Implement and develop best practices and process improvement to reduce logistics costs.

• Lead and manage inbound and outbound logistics strategies in multiple warehouses.• Manage third-party logistics partners for international transportation, warehousing and last mile deliveries. • Manage forecasts, budgets, costs and inventory control for all warehouses.• Cross-functional collaboration with sales and finance departments to achieve business goals.• Develop and implement efficient and cost-effective international logistics strategies.
