Pipeline Operations Manager
Current• As operations and department manager responsible for more than 500 km of pipelines for industrial gases• Management of a team of 15 employees including three team leaders• Responsibility for an OPEX budget of several million euros and a multi-million euro CAPEX investment; site manager• Optimize long-term use of resources and budget through team restructuring and talent management• Introduction of Team Spirit and New Ways of Working, team events, celebration of successes, resulting in excellent feedback in employee surveys• Continuous improvement through constant digitalization and process development as well as technically quality assurance• Stakeholder management with director level, executive management, budget decision-makers, business development and key account management
