I was the CTO of the startup within the company 2GET Specialized Recruitment and was responsible for the development and infrastructure team. Among our main achievements, I can highlight that our team developed a portal that helped in the executive selection process and we also created a system that used Machine Learning and data study processes to bring the best executives. Together with the team, I built the development architecture, our Azure environment, and the infrastructure. At that time, I reported directly to the CEO, always in accordance with the company's goals.

I worked in the government sector that performs the opening of companies in the State of São Paulo (Jucesp). I was the leader responsible for the architecture, performance, and development of the application that performs this opening process. I practiced 1:1 meetings with my team members and shared technical knowledge.

In this experience working with a travel company, I had the opportunity to help build the communication APIs that contained information about hotels, airline tickets, car rentals, and cruise reservations. Until then, my experience had been primarily focused on government and banking areas, which made this new opportunity valuable to me.

I was working on building a card issuance platform for a project that was already underway. The objective was to update the technology and ensure that the product was launched.

I worked on the company's internal applications, focusing mainly on controlling the printing levels of the printers, client registration, and equipment rental handling. I implemented some technologies and best practices, aiming for a better development environment and architecture.

I was the sole developer, the project was to address the bank's LCIs and LCAs, creating a solution so that all teams could have the same information in real-time.

I had the opportunity to work at a bank where we were implementing card technology and reading customer payment data. I was responsible for determining best practices, reviewing code, and guiding other developers in building and maintaining the platform.

The company was changing the way teachers, students, and the school secretariat interacted. So we developed a platform called Digital School Office that had a web and mobile app version (IOS and Android) that allowed the students' families to access reports from anywhere. I helped build the architecture. In the beginning, the development team had three people, but soon we had more than 20 people on the team working on this project. It was one of the most innovative projects I have ever worked on.

Microsoft released Windows Phone 7 and I was excited about this new phone and set out to learn and work with this new technology. In this company, I created the porting of Android-based applications to Windows Phone.
