Interpret customer’s request for quotation/Invitation to tender and prepare bid documents to fulfill requirements as identified; Work directly with customers to clarify and confirm commercial and technical requirements, to build and develop relationships; Ensure that bid documentation fully meets the specified requirements; Ensure any contractual issues are identified and addressed, and that T’s&C’s is in place and agreed by both parties; Responsible for quotations of products and services (including price negotiation and delivery considering technical specification, capability of manufacturing and resources); Support with technical and commercial information of products lines; Maintain the good flow of information between customers and factory’s site; Follow up customers complaints; Evaluate and approve shipping documentation; Perform customers visits for meetings, clarify any commercial or technical doubts; Presentation of technical seminars; Solve payment issues; Provide commercial support; Provide general information about Siemens products and services; Negotiate with customers to manage and attend their expectations, preserve the company image; Interface with factory to keep project on track since the day the PO is released till shipment of goods to the end customer.
