Part of the Strategic Alliances Brazil team focused on Sales Operations. Responsible for the internal Governance flow of KPMG Brazil alliances regarding the scope of carrying out cadences (internal and external), establishing new partnerships, maintenance, constant updates and experience in sales management. Furthermore, responsibilities on the commercial front aiming sales acceleration of our partners’ solutions, prospection of new potential customers and organization of specific topics follow-ups regarding our department. Management and organization of Alliance’s pipeline through opportunities follow-ups, CRM management (Salesforce), deal registration and maintenance within partners opportunity portals, participation in partners incentives programs, bookings control and updates. Event planning in order to bring new alliances to work alongside KPMG and assistance/management of our business partners such as: Google, Microsoft, IBM, Ingram, ServiceNow, Automation Anywhere, Coupa, Red Hat and many others.

Responsible for the process of qualification and active prospecting (Inbound, Outbound and Events) of leads focused on Advisory practice (RAS, DA&S and SAP ERP/AMS Consulting). Execution of the strategic Go-to-Market plannings in order to capture new businesses (Net New Names), partnerships and accelerate KPMG’s pipeline growth. Furthermore, participation in the development of strategic GTM materials alongside the department’s leadership aiming better approaches, account territories and ICPs (Ideal Costumer Profile). Proficiency in the commercial use of CRMs such as SAP and Salesforce. Objections mapping, objections outline speeches and development of commercial pitches. Assistance in the maintenance process of the sales funnel and constant relationship with executive leaders and partners.

Part of the Latin America Customer Reference team. Responsible for the recruitment of customers that acquired SAP’s solutions and that had a good adoption of them in order to participate in the Customer Reference Program, support to the sales teams through the process of opportunities maturation, coordination of Benchmark between companies focusing not only in the connection between customers but also transformation stories and processes. Furthermore, I do contribute to the dynamics of production of BTS (Business Transformation Study) and assist in the benefits redemption processes provided by the SAP Customer Reference Program, when demanded by the customers.
