- Heartland Payment Systems.Leading a talented team in the internal apps division, our first challenge was a complex migration from Vue2 to Vue3 and Vuetify2 to Vuetify3. A particular problem in this project is that we had a series of other projects that depended on this migration to be started. To solve this problem, we carried out detailed analysis and refinement work together with business analysts, which in the end allowed us to better plan the next steps, in addition to mitigating dependency risks within the project.In parallel to this, we helped in the career development of our colleagues, providing support and mentoring to make sure that they are continuosly growing.In addition, we work on a series of initiatives within Dev.Pro, with emphasis on the Interview Community, where we act as a tech expert in interviews for hiring new employees.

Our role is to maintain and improve the stability management system of its essential service provider assets in all regions of Brazil, a system that provides essential information for business management.

Acting as a technical leader of the commerce system, we were responsible for the implementation of new techniques and tools that brought great improvement in the quality management of the system. Some of them were: • SVN: Implemented a new concept, enabling multibranch control. • CI/CD: Automation and distribution of builds, with code quality monitoring, using Jenkins and SVN. • Scrum: Implementation of agile methodology to improve project management. In parallel with these changes, we were part of the architecture and development team of a new cloud ERP with a multi-tenant SAAS architecture using NodeJs, Express.JS, VueJs, MariaDB, Redis.

During this period I was a member of the commercial automation system development team, we were responsible for maintaining and creating new features in the system with a large number of user companies in the most diverse areas of activity. This feature helped me a lot to learn how to handle critical resources shared between users with different ways of working, without compromising the usability of others. It was a period where I also learned a lot from more experienced colleagues.

During this period I played a centralized role in the unresolved demands of the first level supports of all the company's systems (3rd and fourth-generation ERP Industry, Commercial Automation, Hospitality, Unions, Accounting, Tax, and Personnel Department), tracking the origin of the detected problems and even making small corrections in the systems. It was a period in which I grew a lot in the psychological aspect, as I accumulated many responsibilities, in addition to working most of the time with very tight deadlines.
