- Leading the international team responsible for the successful CPO & eMSP backend and frontend operations for B2C customers at group level (incl. Roaming and invoicing of end customer) in accordance with the business and user requirements for the EV charging infrastructure- Main lead in aligning the compliance of business operations with support functions (Legal, Finance, Tax, GDPR, IT etc)- Overseeing the customer operations support for Level 1,2 and 3 with main focus on establishing the core competences within the team for Level 2- Advisor to senior management on development and adjustment of E-Mobility Strategy (product portfolio, pricing, business processes)

Establishing eMobility as a profitable revenue stream within BU Retail as part of Strategy 2030. Key responsibilities:- Implementation and owner of backend and frontend solution (SaaS) - Lead project team of ~50 members, and reporting towards SVP and Board member- Provide input for the eMobility strategy definition and refinement- Coordinating country initiatives both on product as well as infrastructure development and ensure transparent progress and financial KPIs reporting

Responsible for Corporate Finance, Gas & Power, Refining & Marketing and HSSE training portfolio in OMV Petrom. Main responsibilities:- offering support in implementing a Learning Management System- part of the communication team for the new changes in OMV Petrom’s Training Department- coordinating Vendor Management, Training Administration and Product Delivery teams Proactive role:- Identify the learning business need by realizing a review annual planning- Identify a new learning need in the business and design a product proposal- Challenge or test the market for new delivery options- Using incident management to diagnose analysis of the evaluations’ inputsReactive role:- Organize Portfolio Committee workshop- Document decision regarding the outcome of the workshop: ‘No’ or ‘Yes’ to proposal- Registration monitoring: plan actions to be taken to avoid session cancellation and discuss with Product Owner
