More than 14 years of experience and knowledge in Operations, Customer Service, Project Management, Commercial and Corporate banking, Anti Money Laundering (AML), Risk Management, enhanced due diligence (EDD), CIP and Know Your Customer (KYC) Policies and Procedures, and Data management. Currently working as Data Operations under the Banking & International Data Office in Citibank, company where I have been employed for the last 12 years.
