Summary:I developed all the strategic parts of the Startup in short, medium, and long-term actions. I developed the first sound translation prototype in Python. I created and monitored the KPI's of the Android application. I worked on how to improve the team's performance. I did the market research, empathy map, and comparison with competitors. I validated the product pricing and customer prospecting. Challenge: Developing programs in Python for comparative analysis of horse gait audios to prove a difference and link it to a phenotype.Tasks:- Learn to work with Python and use the Librosa audio package for program creation.- Use PowerPoint for weekly presentations of the development and results.- Using Excel's Pivot Table to refine the data obtained.- Develop the line of reasoning to explain the results obtained.- Apply and develop a Clustering system in Python and Excel using KMeans to group the animals and identify differences.Results:Over 50 programs were developed that analyzed each of the 160 audios, and each analyzed the audio through a variable over time. Time, Beat, Onset Strength, and Mel frequency were the variables chosen to be analyzed in a grouping (cluster). After grouping the data, the analysis program was able to match the right horse through the audio with 95% certainty, which proves the existence of this phenotype. The generated paper was accepted by an international journal.Highlight:Due to my high commitment to the project and above-expected results for each task, the Ph.D. professor honored me by putting my name as the second author of the paper. The project was adapted in a Sony Music Hackathon to include hearing-impaired people in the music market, the idea won third place, being bought by the company. I did all the programming parts in Python to identify the sound rhythm so that the cell phone can vibrate to the musical rhythm, allowing the deaf to feel the music, the inclusion capacity of the project surprised the judges of Sony Music.

Rustic Pearls brought a 2700% increase in the added value of the product compared to Brown Sugar. I managed to get teachers and the director of the college engaged to publicize the Inspira event. The irrigator was a success, saving 1.5 million liters of water in 6 months. Highlight:I was the first Enactor on the team to do an International level Benchmarking with Enactus Illinois from the United States on female protagonism and engagement for the Enjoying project.
