Senior Meeting And Event Coordinator
Current- Directing a high-performing team of 30 colleagues, overseeing the seamless execution of 20 large-scale corporate events annually and planning an average of 50 smaller events per month, each hosting 22–50 attendees
- Providing coordination and support for delivery of Workplace Services. Services include concierge, room management, A/V support, meeting & event management, community programs and meeting supply equipment
- Managing on-site event coordination, including welcoming guests, directing event set-up/tear down communicating with staff, vendor management, and troubleshooting to ensure flawless execution
