Senior Meeting And Event Coordinator
Current• Directing a high-performing team of 30 colleagues, overseeing the seamless execution of 20 large-scale corporate events annually and planning an average of 50 smaller events per month, each hosting 22–50 attendees• Providing coordination and support for delivery of Workplace Services. Services include concierge, room management, A/V support, meeting & event management, community programs and meeting supply equipment• Managing on-site event coordination, including welcoming guests, directing event set-up/tear down communicating with staff, vendor management, and troubleshooting to ensure flawless execution• Building key relationships with colleagues, Executive Assistants and Leadership teams across the or• Ensuring client and company materials comply with company brand guidelines• Creating and managing detailed event budgets, optimizing costs while ensuring high-quality service delivery• Supporting facilities with project coordination as it relates to project deadlines, scope deliverables, managing schedules and budgeting • Utilizing and maintaining integrity of databases, supporting data entry of required reports and managed digital tools essential for service delivery• Conducting orientations including facility tours, workorder submissions, onboarding and procedural training• RISE Award Winner January 2022, WOW Award Winner December 2023 & 2024: Awarded to individuals who deliver outstanding accomplishments and superior customer service for the American Express account
