Graduated in Technologist in Chemical Processes from the Faculty of Technology of Campinas, Technician in Chemistry from the Indaiatubana Foundation for Education and Culture.I started my career as a Research and Development Intern. I currently hold the position of Junior Research and Development Analyst in a multinational company in the B2B market of shelf-life solutions for products intended for the food and beverage, Biodiesel, Feed and Pet Food industries, rendering.I have experience in:• Development of antioxidant products for human nutrition and biodiesel, as well as antifungals, antisalmonella, acidifiers for animal nutrition. Conducting stability studies and quality analyzes for product validation.• Analyzes of oxidative stability in customer samples, creation and validation of analytical procedures. Data evaluation and creation of technical reports.• Performing laboratory analyses: pH, density, viscosity, granulometry, volumetry, UV-VIS spectrophotometry, water activity, moisture content, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and oxidative stability in Oxipres and Rancimat.• Use of SAP Business One system and Microsoft Office Package.
