Recruit top-notch professionals to contribute to the accelerating growth and profitability of Odgers Berndtson’s customers.  Build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients. High touch candidate relationship management, customer focus, responsiveness in client facing activities as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. o Experience in full-cycle recruitment for positions of different levels of seniority. o Experience with market mapping and hunting. o Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills, with the potential to grow consulting skills.

Responsible for all stages of the recruitment lifecycle:o Understanding the profile of the position with the customer and writing the jobdescription.o Mapping the target companies.o Carrying out telephone interviews in Portuguese and English to validatetechnical skills of the candidates.o Scheduling face to face interviews with the consultants for the validation of thepersonal profile.o Writing status reports in Portuguese and English for the customers.o Sending the Short List within the given SLA.o Handling the process of rejection and offer letter for candidates.o Developing relationship with customers and team leaders.Specialist in organization structure mapping for all kind of companies, being able tocollect data like:o Hierarchyo Names of the professionals and respective roles, their graduation, salaries,benefits, and others relevant data.Recruitment of top management and executive level professionals.Working with IT, Telecommunications, Internet and Specialized Services companies.

Triage of resumes, disclosure of vacancies in the recruitment sites and resources, convocation of candidates, scheduling selection process, achievements of telephone interviews in English, working mainly with SAP.
