As the Executive Administrator at Dunamis Connections, I play a central role in the organization's operational landscape under the strategic direction of President Henry Fisher. Within this framework, my duties entail the comprehensive management of internal processes and personnel across various functional areas, including marketing, communication, projects, teams, finances, and travel.During my tenure at Dunamis Connections, I have had the opportunity to organize events and trips, as well as to lead teams to work on projects in Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Zambia. It is indeed very rewarding to be able to use my career for the purpose of transforming lives around the world.

I was responsible for creating and managing their website, establishing internal processes, as well as creating and generating content, and managing their social media.

I worked as the office manager of Cristina Ruffatto Cake Designer - a family company. I contributed with direction and strategy, growing its brand, developing partnerships, processes, and systems, and expanding its operations in the marketplace. I created the website www.cristinaruffatto.com, increased the brand's visibility on the internet through social media, organized the curriculum and processes for course activities (online and on the ground), and developed new projects for the company.

I started my journey as an Analyst and ended up as a Human Resources Specialist. I was responsible for the Department of Culture and Engagement of the company (States of Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Minas Gerais). My responsabilities included the following: - Leadership of the Culture and Engagement team, under the Human Resource area. - Content for corporate communication and management of internal marketing processes, including routine editorials, campaigns, and sensitive texts from the presidency and board of directors. - Planning and execution of events (meetings with the president and directors, conferences, end-of-year parties, among others). - I was also responsible for projects such as restructuring the area after the merger of Affero with Lab SSJ, Great Place to Work survey, Culture Committee, Experience (event for knowledge management), and the streaming of the company financial results.

I was a part of the Change Management Area of One Vale Project - implementation of the SAP (ERP) system. During the internship, I had the opportunity to work with communication, engagement, organizational impacts, and training. I gained experience in the following areas: - engagement surveys and quality of life surveys, - stakeholders mapping, - training planning process, - internal communications, - recognition programs, - reading scenarios, - solutions and improvement proposals,- and more.

Working in the Documentation and Information Center, I had the opportunity to strengthen my entrepreneur skills by learning from experienced business consultants.I was involved with the following activities:- Developed projects for businesses and franchising using georeferencing to help them define where to open new stores.- Research the Socioeconomic Information of the municipalities of Rio de Janeiro and Administrative Regions of the capital using official bases and produce materials to help entrepreneurs to make decisions with that; - Updated 100 "First Step" materials for different types of business;- Created material for consultancies, workshops, and lectures on planning, entrepreneurship, and georeferencing.
