QHSE and Client Support for LATAM OperationsDesignated Person Ashore for Brazil Operations

- Brazil and Latam Operations- Vessels in Brazil, Suriname, T&B: HOS BRASS RING, HOS Achiever, HOS Remington; HOS Crestview - Operations and Logistics Management, assuring the fulfillment of legal and contractual requirements;- All certificates control and administration;- In charge of entire interface with external entities such as clients, regulatory bodies, etc;- Designated Person Ashore (DPA) as per ISM Code;- Vessel mobilization and demobilization;- QHSE and Shoreside representative to Brazil Office and Fleet with OSV and Multi-purpose Operations (ROV, Diving, Flotel services) for different clients (Shell, Equinor, Petrobras, Enauta, Karoon, Perenco, SBM, Modec, etc);- Vessels enrolled on OVID and CMID Programs;- Internal / External Audits (DOC, OVMSA, Vendor qualification);- Accident Investigation, among other responsibilities.Highlights:- Spearheaded important initiatives that increased PEOTRAM score from 63 to 99 after 3 audits;- Responsible for internal training programs implementation, reducing around R$ 200.000/year;- New Hire Orientation Program development and implementation in Brazil.

- Providing operational and logistics support to all vessels on the fleet;- In charge of guaranteeing compliance with International, Local, and Client's requirements;- DOC External Audits for Management Offices - Preparation and Follow-up;- Internal/External Audits on board vessel in compliance with ISM/ISPS/ MLC 2006;- Participation on Incident Investigations;- Flag, STCW, and Port State Control Requirements;- PEOTRAM - Petrobras Excellence Programs;- TMSA / Vetting / OVMSA.Highlights:- Responsible for assuring compliance with International, Local, and Client's requirements with no pendencies;- V.Group Excellence Awards: Recognized in 2016 as a strong reference of embedding company’s values.

- Second Officer and DPO on the ROV Vessel Toisa Valiant under Petrobras Contract;- Participation on DP Sea Trials, Preparation for Petrobras acceptance, First Inspections.

- DPO on Multi-Purpose Construction Vessels during Sub Sea 7's Project Guara-Lula (Pre-Salt area).

- 2nd Mate / DPO on Sea Leopard vessel;- DP Class II - Kongsberg K-Pos.

- Experience as deck cadet, on full container ships;- Offshore experience on shipyards, different contracts, ship preparation for a new contract;- Confined space training teaching.
