I have a Bachelor degree in International Relations. My first year was at Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa, which gave me a different background of what Internacional Relations are.I have been coordinator of HeForShe Algarve and have been a part of HeForShe Lisboa, in External Relations department. I have several courses in Human Rights field and I am a speaker about HR. I also give classes to youngsters about it. I wrote an article for PACTA about Period Poverty. I helped Bloco de Esquerda writing a project of law about pads being free and about how Period Poverty can affect girls and womens in Portugal. Besides this, I did the very first research about Period Poverty in Portugal and the reality of this type of poverty. I'm doing a research about Jacobite Rebellion and how it affects the actual years.I've done a professional internship in a portuguese NGO.
