I am responsible for overseeing and managing the entire employee life cycle, ensuring a seamless experience for employees from A to Z, all the way from onboarding through offboarding, including ensuring compliance with company policies and French labour laws. I am the primary contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and support throughout each phase of employment.I am also responsible for the management of all training and learning processes in France, from budget management to helping managers assess learning needs for the teams and making sure that all trainings take place seamlessly.

Following my experience in recruitment, I welcomed a new opportunity in another field of Human Resources. I was an HR Specialist - Service Delivery and provided front line support to colleagues with questions on topics such as recruitment, compensation, evaluation, training and more. Every day, I worked in an international environment with our colleagues from all over Europe in order to provide the best possible HR support to our collaborators.

After my time as a Trainee, I accepted a German-speaker position as a HR Specialist in Recruitment at Infineon Technologies. I work in an international and multi-cultural environment and I am responsible for tasks such as checking application documents, entering e-mail based application in our system and supporting with interview coordination for several Infineon European locations and ensuring the candidate's communication process. Being part of Infineon's Recruiting Team, we work tirelessly to ensure the best experience for each and every candidate!
