- Responsible for the strategic vision, planning and alignment to corporate goals and objectives for marketing activity in support of all International Tory Burch Retail, Wholesale and Specialty Store divisions. - Identify strategic marketing programs to drive brand awareness and sales for international locations- Drive brand identity and equity, ensuring it is in line with Tory Burch’s domestic and international brand position and the nuances of the market- Measure and report out on successes and opportunities for International marketing activity via KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) on a quarterly and annual basis- International Liaison: Manage Partnerships & Key Agency Relationships- Acting as the liaison between headquarter and the international marketing teams and partner account teams, from point of induction to weekly conference calls.- Responsible for overseeing all international agency relationships and communication cadence- Partner with Corporate Communications Contact to ensure coverage of International Marketing & Success Stories via Quarterly newsletter.- Understand Competitive Landscape, Localization & In-Market Needs- Responsible for developing and delivering insightful presentations and strategies to the executive committee and BOD where appropriate- Responsible for managing Budget with Finance- Develop, Manage and Reconcile International marketing/ PR budget and liaise with finance team to ensure marketing budget is evolving in alignment with business growth
