Professional multi-camera director, VR/360° immersive content creator, and media producer Rafael Baldwin currently serves as the Senior Director of Digital Communications at the New World Symphony, Florida's leading orchestra, founded by twelve-time Grammy Award-winning conductor Michael Tilson Thomas.With 20 years of experience in non-fiction television broadcast, Rafael oversees all US-based productions of BCC Media Group, including MxU USA 2023 and the PANAM Sports Awards 2023. He has collaborated with the Chicago Philharmonic as a media producer across formats since 2021. As a news producer and correspondent, Rafael has covered events of the highest international reputation, such as the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) Awards; the Cannes, Venice, Berlin, San Sebastian, Sundance Europe, and London Film Festivals; the Royal Wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton; the Coronation of King Philip VI of Spain; the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games; and the NFL at Wembley. In 2014, he won 2nd place in the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) World Cup Freestyles, an international music video competition broadcast by the BBC during the Brazil 2014 FIFA World Cup.His work has been featured in prestigious media outlets such as ESPN, BBC, Variety Latino, Univision Networks, and Televisa Media Group.
