Working remotely with SES (satellite's operator) providing L3 support to Ka-Band O3b Networks MEO constellation using Microsoft Teams as main communication tool using English as language.Main roles: • L3 support to SES' NOC on recovering remotes O3b satellite earth stations with systems such as General Dynamics, Viasat, Orbit, AvL Technologies, Intellian, Gilat and mPower. Working with field engineers and technicians to provide physical interventions.• Configurations (Beam change, Site Activation, Deactivation, BW Upgrade or Downgrade, Regroom, Commissioning and Installation) of O3b MEO/O3b MEO mPower satellite earth stations.• Operational knowledge of softwares/tools/systems: WinSCP, PuTTy, Notepad++, Visio, AAQ Remote, CPS Kratos Compass, Intellian Utility Solution, Service Now (SNOW), Enterprise Capacity Manager (ECM), IP Control, Monics Dwell, Dataminer Cube, Gilat TotalNMS, SecureCRT+SecureFX, Teamviewer, Anydesk, Microsoft Teams, Firefox Docker, Linux CentOS 7/Unix, Juniper routers and switches.• SL1 (EM7), Splunk and Slayer configuration and operation.• Familiarity with RF equipment such as BUC CPI, HPA CPI, modem Comtech, modem Viasat, LNB Norsat, UPS, Antenna Control Unit (GD, Viasat, etc), Novella Test Loop Translator, RF Matrix.• Operational knowledge of instruments such as Vector Network Analyzer and Spectrum Analyzer.• Remote support using BGAN, iDirect, SKALA, VNC, AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Skype, Windows Remote Desktop Connection, Firefox Docker.• Antennas calibration, transducer calibration.• Configuration and perform of IPERF tests.• Elaboration of simple Linux environments scripts.
