- Managing crew and on-board resources (food, spare parts, logistics, etc.);- Assisting in the requisition, purchase and logistics processes for materials;- Monitoring audits and surveys (OVID, ANVISA, Port State, Classification Society, etc.);- Ensuring the implementation of action plans for non-conformities and applicable scope pointed out during audits and inspections;- Ensuring that maintenance (preventive and corrective) is recorded and followed up in the company's Maintenance Program;- Ensuring that on-board training and drills are carried out in accordance with the company's training schedule and in compliance with national and international standards (SOLAS, ISPS, IMCA, etc.);- Effective participation in meetings with the client in order to draw up procedures for carrying out campaigns, projects and activities within the safety standards established by the company and the client;- Responsible for maintaining and updating the vessel's certifications, as well as registering them in the company's Management System;- Ensuring that the vessel is operating within the safety standards described in the “Critical Activity Mode of Operation” (CAMO) and “Activity Specific Operating - Guidelines” (ASOG);- Monitoring the vessel's KPI indices with the company.
