Responsible for supervising the mechanical and electrical installation of intralogistics systems, as well as the commissioning and integration of PLC automation systems (Siemens) with Profibus, Profinet and ASI networks. Furthermore, I participate in the implementation of the "Wamas Control Center" (a software solution from SSI SCHAEFER that combines WMS and MFS) using knowledge in SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), SQL Server, OPCUA, Python, Javascript, and TCP/UDP.

Responsible for ensuring Scrum values and practices, as well as providing guidance on agile practices, conflict resolution, effective communication, and other skills necessary for development success.

Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance on machines, parameterization and diagnosis of possible problems in frequency inverters of Sinamics, Simatic, Micromaster and Weg models and improvement in PLC programs of several models of Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider and others.

Responsible for managing preventive/corrective maintenance plans for machinery and equipment, identify the root causes of the main problems and implement preventive measures and improve the quality of the processes that involve the maintenance team in order to reduce waste and rework.

Responsible for eliminating waste, sharing and applying methodologies for solving problems, reducing the variability of processes and increasing their efficiency, in order to add value to the company and provide an improvement in the culture of Continuous Excellence.

Responsible for the development of KPI's, Dashboards and a Manufacturing Execution System (MES), through the implementation of Indicators for analysis of metrics and process data, in order to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
