Responsible of the Alliance International Logistics Network (A-ILN) in Brazil, the platform to export components to Renault and Nissan plants all over the world.- Scope of supplier’s and warehouse management, road, maritime and air transportation, quality & customer service, projects, performance & logistics engineering.- Operation of ~180 suppliers in Brazil and to 30 Renault-Nissan plants in 10 different countries. - In 2019, 99% on time deliver historical record achieved. - Launch of a second advanced warehouse, with new customs solutions and important tax benefits, in only 3 months after kick-off with Agile team (Business transformation office).

- Local Inbound Logistics responsible with an operation with around 200 loading points (suppliers) in Brazil, 5 factories/ warehouses delivery points with multiple docks and more than 120 trucks per day.- KPI's improvements such as truck filling rate, extra freight costs, travelled distance, stays and others, with new traversal processes and routing, reducing powerfully the Inbound logistics costs.- New equipment and innovative actions as: Megasider, Topsider, Bi-trem, Vanderleia, Double-deck, project Advanced reception, Milkrun 3.0, Loading 3D simulation and others.

- Responsible for the implementation of the "Supply Chain Brazil Competitiveness Organization" beginning in Jan/ 2016.- Pilot, together with the financial department, for the build, synthesis and execution of the annual budgets and monthly reports, highly improving the confidence of the numbers and physical/ financial explanations.- Outstanding results achieved already in the first year in "Logistics cost reduction and Synergies", contributing with the operating profit margin of the company. The result achieved on 2016 was historical in Supply Chain Brazil (around 10% of performance in one year).

Vehicles project leader regarding the Supply Chain activities.- Project leader of teams with ~10 people from Supply Chain/ Logistics departments.- Actions plans follow-up to reduce logistical costs, optimize stocks, and assure the quality/ delays to respect the project milestones. Excellent results achieved with local integrations.- Responsible in Supply Chain for some projects as New Duster and New Duster Oroch, delivering the vehicles in the right logistics cost, quality and delay and as the expert Supply Chain project leader. Besides that, pilot of others transversal projects as the build of the Supply Chain Master Plan in Renault America.
