In charge of Wichita Plant Logistics within the coordination of the following teams:- Material Planning: define requirements to suppliers and ensure compliance with the targets assigned;- Warehouse management: drive logistic team in warehousing activities;- Logistics Engineering: manage the team to ensure smart flow and organization of activities- Production Planning & Scheduling: guarantee the achievement of defined Master Production Schedule- Inventory and cycle count: coordination of activities to achieve budget and maintain stock accuracy- BOM: coordination of the team responsible for new products and modification of current ones in terms of bill of materials

Implementation and sustainment of Governance in Logistics processes and KPI`s, working in coordination with Planning, PP&C, Log.engineering, Internal and external Logistics and Product composition teams.Leadership on continuous improvement Kaizen in Logistics

Responsible for materials planning management in Belo Plant , both Domestic and overseas (20.000 SKU / 650 suppliers 0,5bi$ APV) coordinating activities of system parametrization, orders management end to end (supplier to the plant) folllow up, foreign trade procederes, escalation management and urgent freight budget and forecast.

Coordination of operations related to run the Master Production Schedule and MRP rounds, being responsible for management of Industrial Inventory Budget. Coordination of production programmers team, PP&C projects on WCM perimeter. Strong interface with Commercial/ Admin. Sales Teams
