Concepting and initiating a community-based organization for young Surabaya citizens with a range of ages 17 to 25 years old to improve their financial and business skills, networking, and personal branding2. Collaborating with Financial Fitness Gym by OCBC NISP to initiate an offline workshop attended by 50+ young people who come from various backgrounds. This first offline event focused on improving management skills, business skills, and personal branding. 4 sponsorships from various companies were obtained in this first event.3. Creating an online podcast viewed by 500+ people with young entrepreneurs across Surabaya to enhance their business and personal exposure.4. Initiated a Coffee & Talk Networking Event that was attended by 50+ people, where 4 SME business deals were done in this event. 5. Leading and developing 20+ people from different backgrounds of culture and education to develop Coffee & Talk
