- Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and oversee assigned engineering projects.- Maintain the project schedule by tracking progress, coordinating activities, and addressing any issues that arise.- Manage the project plan by reviewing design specifications, changes to plans and schedules, and recommending necessary actions.- Monitor ongoing work and compile weekly status reports for each assignment.- Ensure a safe and clean working environment is maintained.- Provide comprehensive support to Management and the Project Management Team (PMT) for all projects.

- Develop HVAC and acoustics design proposals for projects.- Utilize computer-aided design and acoustics software to create design concepts.- Provide quotations and technical data sheets to clients.- Consistently follow up on submitted bids and budgets.- Gather blueprints, specifications, and related documents to prepare work estimates.- Calculate costs by analyzing material, labor, and time requirements.- Prepare schedule and technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.- Oversee and coordinate the fabrication of design concepts with attention to detail.- Ensure timely delivery, execution, and completion of projects.
