Hello and welcome to my profile on LinkedIn.I have a degree in Economics, with specializations in Finance and Accounting, and I have a master's degree in Business Administration with research developed on the decision-making process in investment analysis.I have more than 20 years of executive experience in Controllership and Finance management, including preparation and analysis of accounting-financial and business performance statements, budget management, cost management, product pricing, and tributary-tax planning cash flow.Furthermore, I have practice and expertise in structured financial operations, involving cash flow modeling, foreign exchange risk management, credit management, investment analysis, and banking relationship.Leadership in merger and acquisition and turnaround processes of companies, with emphasis on scenario analysis, organizational design, the definition of business processes, management of the crisis, and corporate strategies.Acting as a Board Member in investing companies/start-ups held and in an Investment Committee in Private Equity Funds.Experience in the implementation and management of ERP systems, such as SAP and TOTVS.
