International Relations graduate from Vila Velha University, actively involved in student movements and academic activities. Specialization in Human Rights, Social Responsibility, and Global Citizenship from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul – PUCRS. Three years of experience in the Junior Enterprise Movement, post-junior at the Vila Velha University Junior Enterprise, serving as Director of People Management, and by the Federation of Junior Enterprises of Espírito Santo, Juniores, in 2018, as Director of Communication. Culturally engaged in projects by the Trupe Maratimba Arts Company, enthusiastic about the world and discussions on social movements and public policies. Alumni of Vetor Brasil through the Public Management Trainee program, at the Innovation Management Laboratory, LAB.ges, of the Secretariat of Management and Human Resources of the Government of Espírito Santo.I worked at the Ministry of Health as an Analyst in the Strategic Management, Research, and Communication Core, serving as part of the Welcoming team, contributing to the assessment of organizational actions implemented by management, strengthening actions with other points in the Primary Health Care network, and assisting in the internal work process organization of PHC teams.Currently, I am Coordinator of Health Technology Assessment and Acquisition through the Program for the Development of Managerial Practices Applied to Health Innovation, PGiS, at the Capixaba Institute of Teaching, Research, and Innovation in Health, ICEPi; focusing on fostering innovation in healthcare, observing new technological trends in the market, governments, and academia within the innovation ecosystem, building cooperation bridges that can benefit the Unified Health System, positively impacting from management to end-users.
