If I had to define myself in a single sentence this would be "passion for talent development and passion for results."I am a specialist Manager of the pharmaceutical sector in which I develop different responsibilities which gives me the tremendous fortune of knowledge of different areas; sales, training both locally and internationally and marketing with a global vision of the business.For me it is a pleasure and a constant challenge to lead the launch and consolidation of different drugs that have been and are reference in both oncology, cardiology, respiratory and pain as well as change management projects of the different sales forces, access to market and MSL in which I have collaborated and work as Project Leader in training and management of people of the commercial teams.I strongly believe in the development of the management teams in which I collaborate in their adaptation to the new realities and the new "Stakeholders" both in sales, medical or marketing, and in the development of the sales force seeking excellence and passion for results.
