As Product Manager I've supported our Global Rural franchise in the spectrum of credit processes. I was responsible for setting the vision, strategy and execution of global and scalable digital solutions, all under Agile methodologies & Simplified at Scale governance. Next to Product Manager role, I also functioned as Product Owner, setting up the squad's strategy, taking responsibility, facilitating and inspiring the team, actively seeking for in- and external collaboration with stakeholder and the Rural global community.

As a Product Owner sitting in Risk Management at the head office, I've been in front of different IT teams across the Risk IT landscape, including Rabobank's Risk Data Warehouse, Risk representative in a global management reporting tool, PO of a collateral data logistics component and lastly of a risk modelling application responsible for EAD, LGD and RAROC models.My main responsibilities in all of those PO roles were to engage with Business and IT, as well as other fellow POs, in order to align roadmaps, organise backlog prioritisation and collect and bring business requirements to the IT colleagues.During this role I have also joined multiple projects as Risk Management SME, mainly focused on Rabobank's Rural portfolio.

As a Rural credit Analyst I was responsible for the review of front office requests, analysis of projections and financial modelling. Tasks included writing opinions for Credit Committees, financials spreading and fine tuning requests next to front office from a Risk perspective.This role evolved to in parallel being Product Owner local credit applications, where workflow and financial analysis took place, supporting Credit and business on improving results accuracy and process efficiency. As PO, got involved in multiple initiatives, such as a Rural Model Redevelopment, interfacing with global Financial tooling, and several Continuous Improvement projects.

I initially started this role supporting Wholesale bankers on the intake, acceptance and monitoring of our collateral portfolio. The tasks included client outreach to collect collateral data, validation of third party real estate valuations and inventory/crops inspections, as well as collateral monitoring and reporting on a portfolio level.This role evolved to an SME role during the implementation of the first collateral application in Rabobank Brazil, of which I became Product Owner after go-live.
