Current• Project Management and Business Development in NA; LATAM and EMEA:o Program Manager for the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) & Employee Central Payroll (ECPayroll) in the company Atento with a global reach (16 countries: Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Spain, Chile, Colombia, Peru, USA, Puerto Rico, Morocco, Uruguay, El Salvador and Guatemala, etc.) and for 140,000 employees.o Program Manager for the implementation of the Performance and Compensation modules of Oracle HCM in the company Atento with a Corporate reach in 13 countries in LATAM (Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Spain, Chile, Colombia, Peru, USA, Puerto Rico, Morocco, Uruguay, El Salvador and Guatemala).o Support to HR in the implementation of BI Closer in the HR area for the company Atento with a global reach (16 countries: Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Spain, Chile, Colombia, Peru, USA, Puerto Rico, Morocco, Uruguay, El Salvador and Guatemala, etc.).o Management and implementation of the AuraPortal tool, the leading iBPMS (Business Process Management) for one of the largest banks in Mexico (BBVA Bancomer).o Design and coordination of a project office (PMO) for the deployment of 26 projects in 7 months in different LATAM countries (Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Peru) in a leading Contact Center company (Atento).o Management of the SAP SuccessFactor implementation project in a multinational company in the smart logistics sector (Celistics) throughout LATAM and with 2.2K employees.o Analysis of business processes and viability, restructuring and transformation of several companies (MoMat; Odyssey Capital;….) in Florida (USA) and 1 in Puerto Rico (Adventure Park Carabalí).
