Major responsibilities:Responsible for supervising the following areas: accounting, fixed assets, taxes, billing & receivables, cost accounting, budgeting, cycle count/general inventory and managerial reports;Responsible for the financial analysis of new projects (NPV, IRR, PAYBACK, WACC, EVA, VALUATION);Responsible for coordinating the migration of all financial modules to the new ERP versions;Accountable for managing, controlling and reporting all monthly financial results (Sales, Net Revenue, Production Margin - standard vs. actual, Capex, Cash Flow and balance sheet metrics);Accountable for all managerial reports including BRGAAP translation to USGAAP; Provide support to the board of directors in all special works including performance analysis of cost out and stage gate projects;Responsible for managing the Budget and Forecast processes: detail sales analysis including price, volume and mix, conversion costs break down, establishment of standard prices, revision and consolidation of all the expenses by cost center and balance sheet metrics;Responsible for analyzing the company insurance policies as well as lawyers and auditors service providers;Coordinated internal, external and Sarbanes & Oxley audit processes;
