Rafael is a Creative Director based in NYC and currently working at Wieden+Kennedy. Born and raised in Brazil, he has worked for over a decade for some of the biggest companies in the world. Across his career, he's earned 100+ international recognitions with multiple projects. His work helped W+K São Paulo win its first Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, and Guinness World Records accolades. In his first year at W+K New York, he led the team that brought the office its first Titanium Lion.Rafael is also the co-founder of the indie game publisher Sad Socket, a freelance director/screenwriter, and a part-time musician who writes songs of questionable taste instead of seeing a therapist.
