I am an entrepreneur and manager with extensive experience in the industrial, investment fund, and real estate sectors. As the CEO and founding partner of Grupo Fictor, I lead a holding company focused on investments and participation in multiple sectors, including commodities, food industry, financial services, infrastructure and energy.Over the course of my 26-year career, I have developed a deep understanding of strategic planning, profitability, and quality. My first step into the financial market was at 16 years old, working at a family credit management company. During my undergraduate studies in Business Administration, I began interning at a metal packaging company, where I stayed for ten years, eventually becoming a Supply Chain Manager.At the age of 29, I ventured into my first business, developing a system for offshore submerged oil extraction platforms. Simultaneously, I led the Supply Chain department at Schincariol/Brasil Kirin, where I played an active role in the company’s restructuring. In 2013, I made investments in the beverage industry, gaining solid knowledge of investment funds and deepening my experience in capital management and flow.These experiences were key to the creation and development of Fictor, founded in 2007. Today, we continue to expand and innovate, always focused on turning challenges into opportunities.
