• Responsibility for the group's income statement and a team of 8 people in Spain and Portugal.• Organization of the reporting system and subsequent analysis with the financial management and the board.• Preparation of the Management and Board Committees (based in London and Amsterdam).• Preparation of the budget, preparation of monthly forecasts, analysis of deviations.• Responsibility in the due diligence process necessary for the entry of Equinix into the new business plan.• Writing manuals for the adaptation of financial department processes to SOX regulations.• Development of scorecards with the main KPIs (portfolio, contracting, execution, margin, production, collections) and responsibility for information in Oracle for EMEA.• Supervision of general expenses and proposals for optimization. • Analysis for the viability of Capex projects and new contracts with clients.• Financial management of projects: revenue recognition, calculation of margins, monitoring of the invoicing issued, solutions for the incidents of the same, claims of differences between the auto billing files of the client and the information of our ERP.• Adaptation and improvement of current financial reporting tools such as our reporting package or SAP / Microsoft Dynamics Axapta reports.• Matching financial accounting with analytical accounting.• Preparation of reports to solve incidents in critical projects.• Verification of compliance with the rules and procedures of the group.• Key User for the implementation of ERP: Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics Axapta or JD Edwards.• Internal coordination with the rest of the areas that are responsible for the financial management: Accounting, Treasury, HR, Purchasing, Legal advice and corporate IT to avoid the deviation of their costs in relation to the approved budget, and ensure the reliability and quality of the data Financial results that flow from them: capex, cash flow, salary, bonus, headcount, provisions, restructuring, etc.
