• Finished Goods Planner for both Men’s and Women’s, Bottoms and Tops, Footwear and Accessories, Local production and Imported.• Manage over 1000 PC9s per season with average of 1,250 units per PC9.• Brazil monthly supply planning through SAP - APO on a SKU level.• Search for additional units to cover not foreseen demand.• Fulfill the IPS (Inventory, production/Sales) and OTB reports.• Follow up with vendors and Global Planners the production status of all the products.• Track each delivery individually and identify their concerns and challenges.• Specify all delays causes and negotiate their air freight costs with vendors.• Coordinate all the issued POs and make sure vendors are producing them according to what was agreed (PSR).• Coordinate all the arrivals with Logistic and CSC team and guarantee that products are on CSC system on time and correctly.• Monthly forecast maintenance considering business needs.• Analyzes based on products performance on a size level.• Develop statistical and market-adjusted demand and shipment forecasts for new, seasonal and continuing products. Includes forecast assumptions and a measure of risk or opportunity in each forecast. • Communicate the forecast and forecast error results to key partners using the forecast for inventory management.• Identify risks and opportunities to the demand forecasts. Develop meaningful analysis and identify issues and concerns; effectively communicate your findings to management or relevant area.
