Sr. Product Specifications Associate
CurrentSr. Product Specifications Associate's main role handles the creation of Documents that will specify the necessary Materials, Color, Finish, Etc. of the following products: Taphandles, Towers and LED Signage. Some projects require additional files such as creating 3D Models to provide to the factory. All documents will be submitted to the factory and vendors for fabrication in order to create the customers vision for their approved designs.We coordinate closely with Designers, Project Managers and Engineers in handling each project from start to finish and join in daily meetings to talk about the current project progression, problems and solutions and ways to improve efficiency with the work that is done on all departments.We ensure that the work that the Design team produces are up to company standards and meets the factory and vendor's broad capabilities and provide them with new ideas to tackle any obstacles along the way.We keep track of each project during it's production stages and In-market to minimize, as much as possible, any flaws in the product when the customer has received and tested them. We provide solutions for unforeseen flaws and inconveniences to keep up with the companies policy for a good after-sales service.
