Current• Produce and lead events for B2B and B2C various markets such as Bulgari, StreetEasy, Colgate, Resy and many others. These involve leading and collaborating with the team from delivering a creative pitch to the execution of programs.• Establish and manage teams (designers and producers) that ensures clients KPIs, concept and vision goals are met from render to reality. Creating brainstorming process and detailed timelines to help client and internal teams stay on track to deliver the best experiences.• Create and run budgets (100k to up 3 million) by establishing strategic planning processes, spending limits, negotiating and flexible forecasting to maintain the client and internal goals successfully. Resulting an increase between 15-20% above projected margin (StreetEasy, AMEX, Colgate, Tanologist, Reddit)• Supervise vendors and producers to ensure there is clear communication and collaboration from the beginning until completion of projects. Negotiations skills, smart planning and relationship with vendors has helped maintain higher profitability on all events produced in the last 2 years.• Communicate and assist other lead producers to create other experiential events. This includes thorough research of current brands, consumer, and market trends, managing and sourcing quality vendors, training onsite staff, and being the liaison during on-site programs. Show less
