As Innovation & AI Manager for Yes!Delft's ImpactLab, I work with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale sustainability & technology projects, collaborating with national and multinational organisations on developing high-impact solutions for some of the largest challenges of today and tomorrow.My (joint) second/third project is the AI Factory, where we develop in-house AI solutions for municipalities and the public sector, based on their most important societal challenges. The process incorporates a joint discovery phase, high-throughput validation pilots, AI development, extensive field testing, and finally full-scale integration into their digital ecosystem and upscaling.My (joint) second/third project is focused on revitalising and futureproofing industrial areas in the Netherlands. Our services include strategy and coordination, aligning stakeholders and needs, pilot development and execution, and crucially reducing complexity of multivariable challenges and optimising key decision making.My first project entailed a feasibility study conducted for Nobian, one of the leading salt manufacturers worldwide. This study contained a comprehensive market analysis, exploration of key opportunities in innovation and sustainability, concluding in a set of executive strategic recommendations.

As Broadcast Operations Manager for Moonshots 2024 I'm responsible for the communication and coordination of the hackathon programme, consisting of 80+ participating teams and over 300 participants from multidisciplinary backgrounds. Key responsibilities include oversight and mission control of the kick-off, ensuring that the event and all (1000+) transitions run smoothly.

As Mission Arena Manager for the EU TalentOn, I'm responsible for the coordination of a team of Bright Young Minds in tackling the societal challenge 'Soil Deal for Europe'. This includes facilitating brainstorm sessions, welcoming and supporting expert speakers, facilitating the final pitches, and more.Soil Deal for Europe:100 living labs and lighthouses to lead the transition towards healthy soils by 2030. Our soils are heavily degraded due to unsustainable human activities related to agriculture, industry and urbanisation. But soil is a fragile resource, and its restoration is part of a wider, green transition in rural and urban areas.EU TalentOn:Between September 14 and 18, Leiden European City of Science 2022 is filled with Bright Young Minds. Among them, a 104 participants to the EU TalentOn. United in teams, they are challenged to come up with the best scientific solutions to societal challenges. All the while expanding knowledge and connecting to industry and institute partners. Who are these like-minded individuals from all over Europe that will help solve some of our society’s most prominent challenges?
