As the executive designer, I’m responsible for conceptualization and design of solutions from concept to completion. I direct the work of junior designers who generate comps and create layouts and final art. I am in charge of determining and developing the look and feel for sites, and am responsible for site navigation design and visual execution. I am responsible for developing presentations, brochures, advertisements, or print interactive materials. An artistic eye and solid composition skills are required to create mockups, and excellent communication skills are needed to work with a team of designers, editors, and directors. Possessing the spot of executive designer, I capture the essence of a company in a single element. I must be able to distill complicated concepts to simple and elegant forms with solid design and composition skills. Strong experience in branding, digital illustration and typography experience, and understanding of marketing are key to my design success.
