Publishing and development platformI'm working on providing the best user experience of a platform for content creation for leading news websites and apps from Brazil, such as G1, Globo Esporte, GShow, and many others, which include articles, web stories, live events, and more. Besides working on this product for thousands of journalists, I'm also helping to evolve the experience of the developer platform that supports the CMS service. I worked on optimizing the user experience in digital products for patients, which included:• Product Discovery/UX research (screening, interviews, contextual inquiry, and more);• Design thinking and Outcome-Driven Innovation (jobs to be done) methods; • Product strategy (working side by side with POs to define product strategy, roadmaps, product metrics, KPIs); • User flows, wireframes, high fidelity prototypes, UI;• User testing;• Product growth.

I provided strategic digital solutions for Latin America’s largest telecommunications company, Embratel, including optimizing customer engagement websites, designing intranet modules, and enhance internal communication solutions. I created digital solutions for more than 6.5 million users of Icatu Seguros, including digital products, websites and apps for product sales, customer relationships, and third-party insurance brokers. I coordinated and designed websites for Intrínseca, a book publisher responsible for translating and publishing the world’s best-selling books in Brazil.

I participated in the design team responsible for providing unifying packaging of Glade / SCJohnson products for more than 15 countries. Other work included assistance in packaging design for L'oréal, Colorama, Prezunic, Zona Sul, Carta Fabril, among other companies.
