**Phase 3: July 2018 to February 2019.In addition to phase 2 responsibilities: Supplier Development coordinator training and partial roles.- Convince, audit and validate a major ramp-up capacity plan for a supplier (+50%).- follow improvements on Quality, productivity, work organization, etc.- monthly wrap-up and present supplier’s KPI to the management and align priorities and action plans.**Phase 2: September 2017 to June 2018Development buyer for highly strategic 20M USD annual sales Mexican supplier of plastic injection and Chinese tool maker:- Manage the development of 100+ aesthetical and critical parts for new high volumes vehicles Start of Production;- Coordination with Engineering, Quality, Design and Production teams;- Weekly report to senior product and project managers;- Negotiate delays, prices and conditions with strategic supplier;- Advise and update Strategic commodity buyers and managers on supplier’s situation;- Build returnable packaging cost-saving strategy and implement a win-win solution in 6 months;- Negotiate commercial topics and amounts with success for both parties.**Phase 1: August 2016 to August 2017Junior Development Buyer for assembly supplier and raw material commodities.- Manage the development of sub-assemblies done at a Mexican supplier;- Deal with supply chain emergencies between suppliers in Canada, Europa and Mexico, in order toreceive parts on time on the production lines;- Sustain an excellent commercial relationship with the suppliers and improve our linked internal andexternal processes;- Team-work with other development buyers to coordinate the development of assemblies of metal,plastic, mecatronic and hardware at the lowest costs and manufacturing times;- Present internal and external improvement plans to BRP management and implement them withsuccess.

In charge of the Automated Lines sector: 50 operators – 8 automated lines.Take up human and industrial challenges as part of GE aircraft engines’ blades production:- Lead daily “Kaizen” meetings on the three shifts with production employees; - Support the production of quality compressor blades, anticipating and solving production issues;- Supervise and train an engineering student every semester;- Manage production line automation projects for a total of 2 million dollars per year;- Identify and standardize the best practices in order to increase productivity and improve quality and lower production costs;- Justify technological choices with high profitability calculations and administrate the expenses;- Introduce the new GE LEAP engine on the production lines.

3 internships between January 2012 to July 2014 for a total of 16 months with the presentation of a Master’s Degree Thesis.- Manage the installation and start-up of a whole new automated manufacturing line;- Calculate profitability and justify investments;- Recommend and implement a “5S” work organisation for the automated lines;- Actively work within “Kaizen groups” in order to achieve quality and productivity objectives.- Solve urgent quality and mechanical issues on the production lines, along with technicians and maintenance department.- 2D & 3D design,- Actively participate in “Kaizen Weeks” on: - Redesigning manufacturing processes and material flow for the NPI (New Product Introduction). Then, design and development of the project until final prototype; - Building new training methods and Visual Management for operators.

- Manage various IT projects, such as software integration. Run network operations on databases;- Deal with hardware purchases and after-sales service.
