Driving continuous improvement projects in the Healthcare Division, in line with operational ambitions such as operational excellence project and contributing to best practices.Responsible for Operational Excellence projects success in the Division, reporting directly to the VP, Operations- Project Management: Coordinate Operational Excellence initiatives identify and deploy, working directly with divisions, plants and local project owners to define priorities, set project workplans and meetings, and tackle bottlenecks to grant successful execution- Central Continuous Improvement Coordination: Interacting with plants and Group Operational Excellence stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement projects execution leveraging their technical expertise. Ensure that group indications are followed at local level and support with guidance on interpretation and correct deployment of instructions- Results reporting: Verifie initiatives successful execution and report continuous improvement projects results to VP of Operations within Healthcare Division. Ensure all actions are thoroughly assessed and tracked in reporting systems, identifying and investigating reasons behind improvement or deterioration in performance- Provide additional support to Operational functions: Support other operational stakeholders, such as plant managers and VP Operations, on additional operational challenges and opportunities, leveraging a strong relationship with business owners to support cross collaboration across multiple workstreams.

Caieiras - Sp

Production Manager at Ahlstrom-Munksjö Caieiras.Responsible for Production, Process Engineering and Utilities (boiler, fresh water and wastewater treatment) at Caieiras plant, with 4 Specialty Paper Machines. Main responsibilities include change management at operational level, organizational review and setting the foundation for improvement. Implementation of a series of continuous improvement tools that have enabled the team to stabilize plant results in a continuous performance improvement. Daily management with cockpit dashboard, preparing the team to have Daily Root Cause Analysis for every KPI out of daily target, with consistent action. CAPEX prioritization with Maintenance and Engineering team, as well as setting Annual Plan OPEX plan.

Louveira - Sp

Responsável pela implementação de Lean Manufacturing na planta de Louveira, utilizando as principais técnicas e ferramentas de Lean, incluindo a disseminação da cultura Lean e 5S, Gestão Visual, Gestão do dia a dia através do monitoramento diário, Reuniões escalonadas de nível operacional, supervisão, gerência e alta direção, Gemba Walks, Leader Standard Work, SMED, VSM e Basic Care. Atuação direta na redução dos níveis de refugo interno da fábrica e melhoria de indicadores produtivos como OEE e Produtividade Global.Acumulando desde setembro de 2016, juntamente à implantação de Lean Manufacturing, a área Saúde Segurança e Meio Ambiente, com foco na gestão comportamental, acesso Zero e contato com órgãos governamentais. Atuando ainda na implantação da nova versão da ISO 14001:2015 e na revisão de politicas de sustentabilidade.

Responsible for Continuous Improvement Program at Louveira plant (WCOM from EFESO Consulting Group). Implementing Lean and TPM tools and concepts, such as Kaizen Events, Setup Time reduction, Defect and WebBreaks Reductions and others. Spreading Lean culture and it’s tools, togheter with TPM routes and other continuous improvement tools and techniques. I was also champion for 3 LeanSixSigma projects, Coordinator for the Waste Reduction Program and FMEA review.In addition to my Continuous Improvement responsibilities, I am Logistics Coordinator, including Production and Material Planning, Material Handling, Warehouse management and Import Process. Responsible for Supply Chain Module in the Integrated Business Process (Oliver Wright Business Excellence Program) and the entire Logistics area strategy, finding new working standards, controlling logistics costs and improving production planning.

Industrial Operation Management in Brazil and support to productive areas in Latin America. Managing 6 productive centers – in Brazil and other counties from Latin America– and a great variety of productive processes, from wire drawing and zinc coating to mechanical transformation processes and plastic extrusion of a series of different polymers.Performing in all industrial activities which includes managing Production Planning, Maintenance, Production Operational Management, Industrial Engineering, and Process Engineering. Lean Production Implementation in corrugated boxes factory and spreading the Lean Thinking thought the company.Elaborating action plans and schedules to the program, identifying critical areas and implementation priorities to Kaizen Events.I was in charge of identifying and preparing high potential leaders for Lean Transformation, preparing and giving the adequate training in Lean Thinking, Lean Tools, Teaching and Communicating Skills. Trained and prepared all people involved to the Lean Transformation, from managers to machine operators.Other responsibilities were: scope definition, preparation, guidance and supervision in Kaizen Events, with multifunctional teams. Keeping track of action plans, I would monitor Kaizen Events results.Also conducted the Managers Group trough Value Stream Mapping - industrial and administrative areas – clarifying to them how to use Lean Principles in benefit of the best desired Future State Mapping.TraineeI have acquired a global understanding of the business, getting to know more than eight units in 3 different Brazilian states. Working in an industrial automation project, I had the opportunity to work directly with operational personnel adaptation and training in the new working scheme. I could also develop new working tools, to reach important improvements to the process. I was also trained as TPM Team leader.

Research and Development internship in the appraisal area working with sample production and quality control. This project was focused in methodologies, standardization, Statistical Process Control and final inspection routine. I also managed suppliers and internal teams in laboratory equipment automation, trained and assisted final users.
