I was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and my professional journey has encompassed a diverse range of experiences. I began my career in large corporations and consulting firms but transitioned to startups in 2018. With over 15 years of expertise in operations management, logistics, strategic planning, and financial management, I have consistently driven businesses towards excellence and profitability. My industry-spanning experience includes sectors such as mining, food & beverage, supply chain, micromobility, technology, and renewable energies.My leadership skills have been honed through a truly international experience, encompassing the U.S., México, France, Brazil, Chile, and China. I've had the privilege of leading teams of more than 300 employees, which has contributed to my cross-cultural leadership capabilities.Furthermore, my contributions to the field extend beyond the workplace. I am the author of numerous articles, including "Expansión china: foco en lo local," which was published in the Diario Financiero, the Chilean Financial Daily. In addition, I've authored a book titled "The Brazilian Industry Lack of Competitiveness," published in 2016.
