My work focuses on three areas:* Expert in PMO implementation and project management methodologies. Usually these are projects of 6 to 24 months in which I bring a wide experience in methodologies and business sectors (especially software development and legal services) to define the most appropriate framework for the company. Normally I am integrated as Scrum Master or Interim PMO Manager, guiding the process, training staff and ensuring that the process does not involve a loss of competitiveness or performance for the company.* Since 1996, I have been a trainer for corporate, government and academic institutions in Information Systems, IT Governance, Project Management and Legal Services Management.
