Leading a team of 8 to own and execute the S&OP OnR cycle for the Northern Europe business while:- Making use of data to make recommendations to influence strategic decision-making and planning. Independently align financial and operational analyses with business partners while challenging their assumptions when necessary- Ensuring reporting accuracy and compliance with internal and external policies (e.g., financial and tax-related regulations), including monitor forecast accuracy, understand drivers of variances, and provide insightful commentary & analysis for both current period and future periods- Use solid financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models and analyses with little guidance and draw conclusions and make recommendations that deliver results, drive improvements, and may have global impact- ESG Champion

Performance Management:- Defining, target-setting and controlling the global KPIs for cash performance and order management performance for the End to End Commercial tower.- Created and implemented a end to end tiered performance management framework and the web-based frontend to tailor the experience to the user- Responsible of quality, timeliness and accuracy of all dataset and metrics reported that support the performance framework - Responsible of the design, delivery, change management and training of all dashboards and reports part of the standard performance framework - Perform high level O&R analysis of regional performance and steer actions of regional leadsProductivity and Operations:- Support department Director on operational excellence execution and O&R, and future opportunity planning and tracking.- Responsible of creation of solutions of different nature with automation, usability and global scope at the heart of the design.

- I am in charge of driving productivity projects that help maximise our working capital position and cut costs. - I continuously drive performance reviews of European markets outcoming insights on commercial and cash targeted actions that help deliver Europe AOP. - Run end to end process reviews (Six Sigma Green Belt).- Coordinate Europe OTC KPI performance through BI platform MicroStrategy- Support robotics initiatives and implementations in Europe- Support Credit Risk Management agenda for Europe.
