Assisted in their transition into college life by building community, promoting academic excellence, upholding the values and rules of the institution, and by creating, planning, and executing programs (such as Q+G(A)Y, an LGBTQ+ panel, and the first program related to that topic to be held in a dorm at St. Edward's). Worked with a staff of 12 RAs to maintain the building and to develop programing. Was recently awarded "Best Community Builder RA" and "Best All-Staff Program" for the 2016-17 academic year by the Office of Residence Life at St Edward's University.
