• Development of new products and solutions for Digital Transformation, Industrial IT, Industry 4.0, Production Process Optimization and IoT. Project management in Production Process Optimization. Highlights:- Application Development Project at Siemens Germany: development of a system for a specific industrial maintenance task. Acting as Product Owner and Project Manager, mapping out all the business processes required for implementation. Development of all software requirements and architecture for Android and iOS applications, using Siemens' proprietary IoT platform.- Digitization of Industry in Peru: analysis of the level of automation of the entire industrial park of a client in Peru, with mapping of the control system, IoT system and manufacturing management systems. Development of a digitalization roadmap in the light of Industry 4.0, with potential benefits of around USD 15 million over 3 years.- Implementation of artificial intelligence in a paper industry in Brazil: implementation of an artificial intelligence system based on neural networks to manage the control of part of the pulp production process.

Mapping, optimization and automation of all internal processes.Highlights:- Implementation of the Sankhya ERP system: end-to-end management of the implementation of the Sankhya ERP, with the following modules: products, billing, finance, accounting, production, dashboards. Management of the team setting up business operations in the system, configuring business flows and the Microsoft SQL database. Database hosted on AWS.- Implementation of e-commerce (yenzah.com.br): Management of the implementation of the company's e-commerce, based on Magento technology, hosted on AWS. Managing the development of the interface between e-commerce and ERP (Sankhya). Managing the development of a blog (cabelo.com.br), which contributed to 1,000,000 visits per month, resulting in e-commerce sales of approximately R$2 million in 2018.- Implementation of a sales management app: Management of the development of a web app for iOS and Android, with the following functionalities: order picking, stock checking, agenda management, customer accounts receivable management, sales assistant location management, based on car telemetry. In 2018, the app managed more than R$10 million in orders.- Portfolio management of innovation projects: creation and implementation of an innovation funnel and portfolio management process, starting with the ideation process through design thinking, up to the management of return on investment through dashboards generated in Power BI.
